I had such a great experience with my service advisor Adam at Kia! From the moment I arrived, he immediately greeted me and asked how he could help. I explained that my car had left me stranded, and I believed it was an issue with the battery. He was very understanding and empathetic about my situation. He didn't waste any time getting things started and was extremely efficient throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most was that he genuinely listened to me. Not once did he make me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about or that my concerns regarding my battery weren't valid. He listened, understood the issue, and took care of it. Initially, it looked like my car might have to stay overnight. I explained to him that as a mom, student, and employee, I depend on my vehicle and really needed it back that same day. He went above and beyond to make that happen, and I was able to leave with my car that day. Thank you Adam!

Enrrique was extremely professional from beginning to end, we went in on a Saturday so we knew it was going to be busier and he was patient didn’t rush us answered all of my husband‘s questions which he has history and sales so he had lots of questions lol. We didn’t feel pressured into buying anything. We ran multiple numbers which I know can be frustrating for sales people, but it didn’t show on his face. He was very helpful answered all the questions, I’m pregnant so I probably asked him the same question multiple times. It seemed like everyone was working and in a good mood, wasn’t just sitting around. We just drove a few cars and believe it or not. We ended up with the Kia Sorrento, which was not even an option on our radar but ended up absolutely in love with it. We are normally Toyota people, but because of the amazing service that was provided and the quality of the car we decided to go Kaiya. I also want to highlight Mannie in the financing department, he was wonderful gave us all the information offered things to us and made sure that we understood everything we were signing. They are both very personable and highly recommend using them again.
