Purchased a Telluride May of 2025. The entire process was low pressure and relaxed. Sure there has been a few hiccups a long the way but nothing that was not addressed and corrected. The staff here has always made me feel like a valued customer. Destiny, has been fantastic through each encounter at the service department. Highly recommend checking them out while browsing for a vehicle.

Over the past few weeks I have been looking to purchase the new 2027 Telluride Hybrid SUV. Ms Promise was my Salesperson, I told her exactly what I wanted, she was very professional, very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to give me more information than I originally had. She listen to exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and I received just that. She doesnt try to over sale you or under sale you a vehicle. 11 year extended warranty, barely paid over the invoice pricing on my new vehicle, 2 years of free oil changes and tires if damaged due to road hazards. Absolutely wonderful staff and an inventory full of beautiful vehicles.

5 stars for sure because of the service rep who helped me out, big shout out to Brian, he took notice of the inspections made on my car and had expedited my extended warranty claim and got it going within a week and the mechanic/tech who also did the repairs to my stinger, thank you for doing awesome work and for how heavy the job was, he knocked it out with the quickness. Looking forward to having my Kia taken care of at Avondale.

I go here and my service rep is Paul. Paul is an outstanding rep. Best ive encountered in ALL and ANY dealership Ive had to deal with. His customer service skills are outstanding and is extremely helpful through any of the process. There was even a mix up with misinformation and Paul took responsibility Immediately and made sure everything was fixed and his word was kept. You do not see that type of care these days. Overall good experience. I’ve had a couple recommended services that were completely unnecessary (faulty windshield wipers) but there is no problem at all with them. I get it…it’s a business, but it makes me trust their recommendations less.

I recently went in on June 12th for my 2024 k5 I did my brake and coolant flush and they did a very good job. Also Cecilia, the front desk lady is exceptional. She's always very attentive and provides detail about my vehicle while it is being worked on. Great amenities. They have snacks, coffee and free water. They just need a few more chairs. It gets pretty full inside, will definitely be back. Thank you
